PHOTO ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS

We are looking for a NEW Cover Photo for our Facebook Page.  This time we are looking for IDENTICAL TWINS or IDENTICAL SUPERTWINS!

CONTEST ENDED!!!

PLEASE READ ALL PHOTO INSTRUCTIONS BELOW:  You can submit photos up until Sunday April 22, 2012 12pm est.  All photos without a permission statement will be rejected & deleted immediately.  PLEASE INCLUDE A TEAM NAME with your entry. DO NOT USE 1st or Last names!!  We will announce the winner of the TWMPC Cover Photo Contest APRIL 30th 2012.  The Cover Photo will appear on our Facebook PAGE From MAY 1st till MAY 31st 2012.  VOTING WILL BE ENCOURAGED, and taken into consideration, but it will not be the deciding factor.   We will be using all the photos to promote Twin Multiples Club, and to update our website & build our future Twin Multiples Club Directory.   GOOD LUCK!!

NOTE: Please limit your entries to 3 photos.  We may select all 3 or just 1. Low quality photos will automatically be REJECTED without notice.  We reserve the right to REJECT any photos without notice or reason.

BLOOPER PHOTO ENTRIES

We are always collecting BLOOPER photos & FUNNY FACE photos of your Twins & Multiples...we all know how hard it is to get a picture of our twins & multiples.  Some of these Blooper & Funny Face photos photos are simply priceless.  Please submit your BEST BLOOPER & FUNNY FACE photos & please follow the photo entry instructions below. We reserve the right to reject any photos without reason or notice.

You must read the photo submission disclaimer, please submit high quality photos & a statement of permission:

1.  I have read & understand the disclaimer at the bottom of this page.

2.  That you are the legal guardian of the children in the photo.

3.  You are the owner of the photograph.

4.  Give Twin Multiples Club permission to use this photo for www.TwinMultiplesClub.com.

5.  If you are a professional photographer you must have consent from your client to use their photos for your studio's advertising purposes.  If you have that document on file please just simply state that your client has given consent to submit the photos on your behalf.  

 

EXAMPLE Statement of Permission: 

1.   I, YOUR NAME, have read & understand the photo submission disclaimer. 2.  I am the legal guardian of the children in the photo.  3.   I am the owner of the photograph(s). 4.   I give Twin Multiples Club permission to use this photo for www.TwinMultiplesClub.com & all Twin Multiples Club Media.  I understand TWMPC will not disclose the name or age of my children (unless otherwise agreed) and all correspondence between parents & guardians & TWMPC including such information will remain confidential.

We change photos on our site periodically.  If your photo catches our eye we may add it to our website, directory, or other Media.  Not all photos will be selected so be sure they are high quality images and eye catching.

Photo Submission Disclaimer:  Your Child's photo may appear on Facebook, Twitter, You Tube, and other forms of media to promote Twin Multiples Club. We will also include your PHOTOS in our Photo Album on Facebook for the Month it is Submitted or in our Blooper & Funny Face Album on Facebook.  We will not disclose the name or age of your children (unless otherwise agreed) and all correspondence between parents/guardians & TWMPC including such information will remain confidential.  If you wish you may TAG your PHOTOS in our Facebook Albums, we will leave this option to your discretion.  If you wish to have your photo(s) removed please email your detailed request to TwinMultiplesClub@gmail.com, SUBJECT: REMOVE MY PHOTO(S).  TWMPC will remove the photo(s) as quickly as possible.  We may need, as much as, two weeks to remove all photos.  NOTE:  Any professional photographs entered that do not have parental consent will be removed. HOW TO REPORT A PHOTO:  Please report any false or dishonest photo submissions to Twin Multiples Club immediately.  Please email us at admin@TwinMultiplesClub.com, SUBJECT: REPORT A PHOTO. Once a photo is reported, we will investigate the original photo submission.  If the photo is found to be a false or a dishonest submission, TWMPC will remove the photo as quickly as possible.  We may need, as much as, two weeks to remove all photos.  Thank You for your understanding.
